I loved Lament and Ballad, Maggie;s Faerie books. I didn't love the Shiver series and didn't even bother with the last book. Based on the reviewers I read, I'm glad I didn't. I guess I kind of expected the ending Forever gave since the Faerie series ended the same way. Everything left open. One story just never finished. That's just not the type of ending I like. Sure, I can finish it in my own mind, but I want the writer to do that.
