After 5 years of #ClassroomBookADay, I saw a need for a way to help deepen the experience, for those participating to connect more, and to find a way to showcase inclusive titles that I hoped more teachers would know and share with students. Introducing #cbadSpotlight!

I am now spotlighting several titles for each month of the school year around which educators can center conversations and bring in more inclusive picture books that will support students in all of their humanity and honor their lived experiences, all while building classroom community and the broader #ClassroomBookADay educator community and collaboration.
