It definitely felt like a book that need a sequel, it couldn't be a stand-alone book like some books in a series. Reminded me of A Great and Terrible Beauty in that sense.

I am really enjoying the dystopian trend — I'd like to see more of it in adult non sci-fi genres, but for now I'm reading as many of the teens as I come across.
